FedEx Freight is seeking an experienced investor relations leader to translate market feedback into actionable insights and drive engagement with the investment community.

The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure accurate and compliant external messaging while supporting earnings preparation and investor communications. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Seven years in investor relations or related fields with experience supporting investor programs.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, public company reporting, and securities regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex data into clear messaging.
• Experience interacting with institutional investors and senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Execute investor relations communications strategy to support shareholder value.
• Lead investor outreach to attract long-term investors.
• Develop investor-facing materials: earnings decks, scripts, Q&As, presentations.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and buy-side stakeholders.
• Synthesize investor feedback for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure compliant messaging.
• Support earnings prep and disclosure activities per regulations.
• Analyze ownership trends and market dynamics to inform engagement strategies.
• Travel as required.
