Job summary

Qualifications

5-10 years of Warehouse Management experience.
3PL Experience a Plus.
Synapse WMS Experience a Plus.
Ability to report/track trending and historical data.
Strong business writing and case analysis skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel with basic Knowledge of Access.
Experience in warehouse safety and safety training.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain physical inventory of external customers with timely communication on variances.
Develop and execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
Train production management and QA personnel on inventory control procedures.
Lead labor planning and staffing for the warehouse team.
Generate weekly reports on inventory accuracy and KPI performance.
Ensure compliance with FDA & AIB and related policies.
