Job summary

RJW Logistics in Illinois seeks an Inventory Control Director to oversee daily operations of the department across multiple facilities and ensure inventory aligns with cycles and company philosophy.

You will conduct daily inventory analyses, implement control procedures, manage a team, and train staff while ensuring FDA & AIB compliance and accurate product flow. The role reports to the General Manager of Warehousing.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Warehouse Management experience.
• 3PL experience a plus.
• Experience with Synapse WMS.
• Ability to report/track trending and historical data.
• Strong business writing and case analysis skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel with basic Access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory across multiple facilities.
• Conduct daily inventory analysis and manage cycle counts.
• Train and manage inventory team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA & AIB).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow.
• Prepare weekly inventory performance reports.
• Labor planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and shift leaders.
