RJW Transport, Inc. in Hazleton, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory cycles, and lead a team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes labor planning, payroll accuracy, training, and collaboration with clients, reporting to the General Manager of Warehouse, with opportunities to optimize processes and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Warehouse Management experience.
• Ability to report/track trending and historical data.
• Must have strong business writing and case analysis skills.
• Intermediate algebra and financial math is a must.
• Experience in Inventory Control, Transportation Warehouse.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel with basic knowledge of Access, data entry and general computer abilities.
• Experience in warehouse safety and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure inventory levels align with cycles.
• Perform daily inventory analysis to resolve discrepancies and optimize stock.
• Coordinate and manage daily physical counts and training of staff.
• Schedule team hours, manage payroll considerations, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Support IT modification projects and maintain safe, organized operations.
