Responsibilities

• Translate department strategy and customer requirements into daily and quarterly plans.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and supervisors; coordinate staffing and payroll accuracy.
• Manage daily inventory workflow across warehouse locations with accuracy and timely transactions.
• Oversee replenishment, transfer orders, and inventory distribution across sites.
• Own KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting; communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
