Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies in Florida seeks a Corporate Inventory Control Manager in Astatula to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and write-offs. You will partner with finance, operations, and sales to optimize working capital and ensure precise valuation across ERP/WMS systems.

The role focuses on process improvements, KPI dashboards, and effective communication with senior management. Travel is possible as part of site coverage and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience implementing cycle counting programs.
• Experience forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong background reducing obsolete inventory.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with inventory management systems and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust inventory control procedures.
• Manage cycle count programs to achieve 98%+ accuracy.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes.
• Coordinate inventory write-offs with finance and policy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Present inventory performance and action plans to leadership.
