Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Corporate Inventory Control Manager in Marathon, Wisconsin. The role oversees all inventory activities to maintain optimal levels, accuracy, and financial performance, partnering with operations, purchasing, finance, and sales.

The ideal candidate will lead cycle counting, forecasting, and write-offs, driving process improvements and KPI dashboards across ERP and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing cycle counting programs.
• Experience in inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong background managing obsolete inventory reduction initiatives.
• Experience administering inventory adjustments and write-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures.
• Manage and execute cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy of 98%+.
• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate across ERP/WMS systems.
• Conduct periodic audits and physical inventory counts.
