The role requires deep analytical capability, ERP/WMS proficiency, and a track record of improving inventory processes and KPIs in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing cycle counting programs.
• Experience in performing inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong background managing obsolete inventory reduction initiatives.
• Experience administering inventory adjustments and write-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures.
• Lead cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy of 98%+.
• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate across ERP/WMS systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and present to management.
