Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of inventory management or supply chain experience.
• Experience implementing and managing cycle counting programs.
• Experience forecasting and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Manage cycle count programs to 98%+ accuracy.
• Identify root causes of variances and improve processes.
• Manage obsolete/slow-moving inventory reduction plans.
• Coordinate inventory write-offs with Finance and operations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
