County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Corporate Inventory Control Manager in Astatula, Florida. You will oversee all inventory activities to ensure optimal levels, accuracy, and financial performance, partnering with operations, purchasing, finance, and sales to improve working capital.

The role emphasizes cycle counting, forecasting, obsolescence management, and process improvements across ERP systems, with strong analytical and communication skills required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven experience implementing cycle counting programs.
• Experience in inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong background managing obsolete inventory reduction initiatives.
• Experience administering inventory adjustments and write-offs.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with inventory management systems and BI tools.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures.
• Manage cycle count programs to maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes.
• Ensure records are accurate across ERP/WMS systems.
• Conduct periodic audits and physical counts.
• Identify slow-moving/obsolete inventory and plan reductions.
• Lead process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Coordinate and document inventory reserves and write-offs.
• Partner with Finance for valuation and reporting.
