Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a strategic Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team, shaping messaging for major programs and company-wide initiatives. You will advise senior leaders, craft executive communications, and build processes that scale with the organization.

You will own internal comms for the People Success Team, coordinate across the broader Internal Communications group, and use data and AI-assisted workflows to measure impact and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing.
• Proven track record advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on complex messaging.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders within a clear communications strategy.
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning comms strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments with clear, human messaging.
• Own internal comms for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit executive content, town hall scripts, company announcements, and FAQs.
• Create scalable comms infrastructure: calendars, playbooks, measurement frameworks.
