Coinbase is seeking an experienced Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team. You will shape messaging for programs, corporate announcements, and organizational changes, ensuring clarity and human connection across the company.

With a track record advising C-suite leaders, you will build scalable processes, leverage data and AI tools, and lead town halls, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen trust and alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing.
• Experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on high-stakes messaging.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level content that drives engagement or adoption.
• Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with a clear strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning strategy for programs and company-wide rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting clear, human messaging.
• Own internal comms for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit CPO comms, town hall scripts, announcements, and FAQs, translating programs into value propositions.
• Build scalable communications infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with the broader Internal Communications team to align with the company narrative; use data and AI-enabled workflows.
