Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a strategic, motivated Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team. With a new Chief People Officer, this role shapes how people strategy is communicated across the company, delivering clear, timely, and compelling messaging.

You will own communications for the People Success group, advise senior leaders on high-stakes moments, build scalable processes, and use data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal/strategic/change communications or product marketing.
• Proven track record advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on high-stakes messaging.
• Executive-level content writing and editing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own internal comms strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments and messaging.
• Own internal comms for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit executive content, announcements, and FAQs.
• Build scalable comms infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications and cross-functional partners to align messaging.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve processes.
