Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal or strategic communications or product marketing.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite or VP-level leaders on high-stakes messaging.
• Strong writing, editing and narrative development skills.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness with senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders with a clear strategy.
• Experience building scalable comms processes and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning comms strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments and craft messaging to build trust.
• Own internal comms for the People Success Team, including monthly town halls and leadership comms.
• Write and edit content including CPO comms, town hall scripts, and FAQs for clear value propositions.
• Build scalable comms infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications and cross-functional partners for aligned messaging.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve workflows.
