Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Communications Manager to elevate internal communications at the property level, align with enterprise goals, and drive employee engagement across the portfolio.

You will partner with property leadership and Global Corporate Communications to craft campaigns, manage crisis messaging, and measure impact, while optimizing tools and programs for a consistent, engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in communications, public relations, journalism or related field required.
• Previous experience in a resort setting and developing content for online content and emails preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic communications and branding: develop and execute internal campaigns with property leadership.
• Content creation and distribution: lead creation, editing and dissemination of internal messages.
• Partnership with property leadership: act as trusted communications partner for property leaders.
• Best practice identification and sharing: evaluate and share best practices across MGM Resorts.
• Measurement and continuous improvement: audit communication effectiveness across properties.
• Crisis and change communications: lead property-level crisis messaging with governance.
• Tools and platform optimization: manage internal communication tools at the property level.
