• Ability to manage trackers, follow-up routines, meeting cadence, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; summarize updates, actions, and risks clearly.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Enforce and refine program governance standards across all workstreams.
• Monitor health of workstreams; identify schedule risks and execution gaps.
• Conduct regular program reviews; drive resolution of issues and dependencies.
• Manage the integration master plan across concurrent workstreams and milestones.
