Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications or a writing-intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on communications initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own complex communications plans from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Advise leaders and partners on company mission, strategy and culture; align with team needs.
• Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events, including presentations and talking points.
• Identify opportunities and build AI-enabled tools/workflows to scale internal communications for a global, distributed workforce.
• Measure communications effectiveness using data, feedback, and experimentation to drive improvements.
• Partner with colleagues to coordinate proactive and reactive communications and change management.
