Caterpillar is seeking a Law, Security & Public Policy Communications Specialist in Irving, TX. You will partner with leaders to shape messaging and drive alignment with business objectives, owning internal communications across multiple platforms.

You will develop strategic plans, write and edit materials, translate complex concepts for internal and external audiences, and embrace technology to engage employees. Travel up to 10% and onsite five days a week.

• Translate complex concepts into audience-appropriate messages for internal and external audiences.
• Embrace technology to reach audiences in new, creative ways.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and prioritization.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
