Caterpillar in Irving, TX, seeks a Communications Manager to lead the HR Communications team and deliver clear, effective communications for HR programs and priorities.

You will partner with HR leaders, review deliverables for quality, and coach team members to strengthen performance. This role requires coordinating intake, prioritization and timelines, while tracking engagement for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to short-term, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
• Knowledge of techniques to work constructively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language and adapt messaging to the audience.
• Experience in developing an organization’s long-term communications vision and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leaders on communication strategy, including messaging and channels.
