Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC seeks a Communications Representative to join the Employee & Executive Communications team in Fort Worth, TX. You will support ESH, Ethics and IT, manage internal digital signage, and assist the Internal Content Strategist with messaging for Client and its employees.

You will develop and evaluate communications plans, write and edit content for newsletters and emails, translate complex topics into clear messages, and collaborate across teams to drive engagement and alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and leaders.
• Writing and editing experience with attention to detail.
• Prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic communicator for the ESH, Ethics and IT organizations and their leaders.
• Develop, execute and evaluate communications plans with written and visual media across channels.
• Collaborate on planning and execution of employee communications initiatives.
• Edit and distribute weekly email and support executive memo drafting/distribution.
• Drive employee engagement through internal digital signage and support internal channels.
• Translate complex subjects into digestible information for large audiences.
• Respect colleagues and collaborate with teammates.
• Support other special projects as required.
