Coinbase is seeking a strategic Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team and shape how initiatives reach every employee. You will advise the CPO on high-stakes moments, craft human, trusted messaging, and own communications for the People organization with executive-tier visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing.
• Proven experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on high-stakes messaging.
• Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to drive efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting messaging that is clear and human.
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit content such as CPO comms, town hall scripts, announcements, and FAQs.
• Build scalable communications infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications team to align messaging with the company narrative.
• Utilize data, employee insights, and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve outcomes.
