Coinbase is seeking a strategic Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team. You will shape how the chief people officer's vision reaches every employee through clear, timely, and compelling communications.

You will craft messaging for high-stakes moments and lead the team in internal programs. You will develop scalable processes, editorial calendars, and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and drive efficiency, while collaborating with senior leaders to maintain

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing
• Proven experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on complex, high-stakes messaging
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Serve as Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting messaging that is clear and human
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including monthly town halls and leadership communications
• Write and edit CPO communications, town hall scripts, announcements, and FAQs
• Build scalable communications infrastructure, including calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks
• Coordinate with Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners to align messaging with the company narrative
• Use data, insights, and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve efficiency
