Coinbase is seeking a strategic, motivated communications leader to serve as the Internal Communications partner for our People Success team. With a new Chief People Officer shaping the next chapter of our people strategy, this role will craft messaging that reaches every employee through clear, timely, and compelling communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal or strategic communications with exec-level advising.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level content with measurable engagement.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own communications strategy for People programs and rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments.
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team.
• Write and edit CPO comms, town halls, announcements, FAQs.
• Build scalable communications infrastructure and calendars.
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications team.
• Use data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve.
