Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to drive strategic, AI‑assisted communications for our employees and partner with People & Culture leaders. You will craft and manage communications that inform, engage, and strengthen connection to our mission.

You’ll build calendars, coach leaders, and shape change messaging across HR programs while ensuring tone, brand alignment, and inclusivity. Strong writing and emotional intelligence are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in internal communications or HR/People.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, HR, or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone across audiences.
• Experience designing comms strategies for organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders to deliver communications that inform, value, and connect employees to work that matters.
• Plan and execute integrated internal communications across channels (email, intranet, video scripts, town halls).
• Lead with emotional intelligence and coach leaders on authentic, human-centered communication.
• Apply AI tools strategically while maintaining editorial judgment and quality control.
• Design measurement systems to evaluate communication effectiveness and iterate campaigns.
