Job summary

Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, seeks a Director of Operations and Communications to own the company-wide communications strategy and execution. You will drive cross-functional collaboration between leadership, departments, and frontline teams, turning high-level decisions into actionable steps while safeguarding confidentiality.

In this role, you will manage the internal communication waterfall, coordinate change initiatives, and lead bi-annual leadership on-site and off-site planning.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in an Operations role with a proven track record of driving process improvements in a complex organization.
• Background or experience in company communications with hands-on ownership of the communication strategy.
• Growth mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of change management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain an internal Power Communications platform to disseminate communication + resources to each stakeholder.
• Own all internal company communications, including the communication waterfall and strategy.
• Facilitate quarterly company kickoff meeting agenda, deck creation, share screen and disseminate information to the team.
• Coordinate and lead bi-annual leadership onsite/offsite meetings, from planning to post-onsite measurement.
• Project manage company initiatives with deadlines from distribution to completion.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
