Latham & Watkins seeks an Internal Communications Senior Manager to serve as a strategic advisor within the Brand and Communications team in New York, with hybrid in-office options. You will design and lead brand initiatives, develop editorial calendars, oversee internal campaigns, mentor staff, and partner with AI and Technology teams to advance innovative communications across the firm.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with significant coursework in English or Creative Writing, Communications, or Marketing.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience developing internal campaigns for varied employee groups or clients.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience.
• Background knowledge and experience in the law, preferably.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with creative and video teams to integrate multimedia elements into communications.
• Developing and executing internal communications programs to enhance firm reputation across internal channels.
• Providing strategic counsel, including editorial calendars and launches for awareness campaigns.
• Leading and mentoring the team, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Analyzing data to measure effectiveness and engagement of communications programs.
• Partnering with AI and Technology teams on large-scale AI initiatives.
