Job summary

Power Digital, an AI‑native growth firm, seeks a Director of Operations and Communications who will own internal communications, operational strategy, and change management across leadership and frontline teams.

You will build and maintain a communications platform, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and drive accountability for company‑wide projects with a data‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in an operations role with a track record of driving process improvements in a complex organization.
• Background or experience in company communications with hands‑on experience owning the communication strategy for an organization.
• Growth mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of change management best practices.
• Strong relationship skills and articulation.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain an internal Power Communications platform for disseminating communications and resources to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Nova engineers to maintain and innovate the platform.
• Own internal communications across the company and to senior leadership; manage the communication waterfall and strategy.
• Policy and timeline governance for company rollouts and strategy.
• Facilitate agendas for company meetings; lead meetings and disseminate information post‑meeting.
