ECI Software Solutions is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to own strategy and channels connecting employees worldwide to our mission, priorities, and performance. You'll work with Marketing, HR, and leaders to translate priorities into engaging messages and leverage ECInside, our intranet, to scale communications.

This role requires leading high-visibility initiatives, advising senior leaders, and exploring AI-driven tools to modernize how we communicate across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications with global scope.
• Proven experience writing executive communications and speeches.
• Experience managing an enterprise intranet and publishing standards (SharePoint preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise communications direction into clear internal communications plans that support priorities and culture.
• Partner with executives to shape messaging, audience segmentation, timing, and channels.
