You will oversee onboarding, training, and knowledge management, ensuring documentation remains current and compliant while measuring engagement and informing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related area.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience developing communication strategies for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support objectives.
• Partner with leadership to optimize platforms and channels.
• Create and distribute internal communications including announcements, newsletters, videos, and content.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Lead engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and culture.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and recognition programs.
• Develop approaches to increase participation and alignment.
• Measure engagement outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Manage onboarding, training, and mentorship content.
• Oversee document control and knowledge management processes.
