Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to craft clear, engaging messages that connect employees with business priorities, leadership updates, and key initiatives across internal channels.

You will partner with business unit leaders, plan and edit announcements, talking points, newsletters, intranet articles, and video scripts, translating complex topics into audience-friendly content while upholding Fortrea’s voice and brand standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder inputs with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, intranet or employee communication platforms, and basic content analytics.
