Job summary

Vercel seeks an Internal Communications Manager to scale how the company shares context with employees. You will shape how leaders speak, oversee channels, cadence, and ensure alignment between internal messages and external narratives.

You will collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, Design, and executives, building programs, launching creative initiatives, and training employees to be ambassadors for the company. This role is anchored in our SF office with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with clarity and accuracy.
• Managed communications projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build the internal communications operating system: calendars, All Hands, leadership updates, team cadences, owners and formats.
• Lead major announcements and organizational changes with defined workstreams and sensitive-issue awareness.
• Create content for leadership updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials.
