Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Professional to develop, deliver, and measure communications that align with business objectives and engage employees. You will create content across intranet, email, and digital signage, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, impactful messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications or related field.
• Proficient in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, and measure internal communications that align with business objectives and engage employees.
• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to content development and helping employees connect to company goals.
• Assist in developing communication strategies for small to medium-scale initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Align messaging with business objectives and employee engagement goals.
• Draft and deliver clear, engaging content across internal channels (intranet, email, digital signage).
• Write professional documents with tone of voice tailored to audiences.
• Gather information to support drafting, distribution, and measurement of tactics.
• Manage timelines and editorial calendars for timely execution.
• Support project planning by reviewing timelines and using CMS/tracking tools.
• Contribute to change communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for campaigns and internal events.
• Collect and analyze feedback to inform strategy.
• Develop foundational skills in data analysis to improve effectiveness.
• Translate complex challenges into audience-focused messaging.
