Referment is seeking an Internal Communications Associate to improve how information and ideas travel across a complex organisation. You’ll help develop communications that connect colleagues to business priorities, leadership updates and activity across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, writing or editorial work with 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organization and project management, handling multiple workstreams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies and programmes aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leadership to draft updates and communications around strategic initiatives.
• Edit and improve content from announcements and blogs to events and video.
• Turn complex information into clear, precise messaging for varied internal audiences.
• Support project management and contribute ideas from brainstorming through delivery.
