Compass International Holdings seeks an Internal Communications Manager to translate strategy into clear, engaging messages for employees across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of culture, people, and communications to keep teams informed, aligned, and inspired.

You will develop enterprise-wide plans, manage announcements and launches, support leadership with talking points and briefs, and explore AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and engagement across Compass brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong editorial eye and attention to detail for all copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support priorities.
• Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with plans and materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives with timelines and briefs.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone for senior executives across communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas clearly.
• Enable leaders with tools to communicate effectively with their teams.
