Job summary

Compass seeks a Senior Associate to support the Enterprise Communications team. You will translate strategy into clear internal communications, manage major announcements, and ensure consistent voice across senior leadership messages.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, enable leaders with communication tools, and contribute to engaging content across social platforms, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or related field
• Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities
• Support major announcements, product launches, integration milestones with supporting materials
• Project manage communications initiatives with briefs, timelines, and reviews
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across communications from senior executives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas clearly
• Provide leaders with tools and guidance to communicate with their teams
• Support live and virtual meetings with speaker notes and scripts
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows
• Create engaging content for multiple social platforms to boost brand visibility
