Compass, Inc. is seeking a creative, organized Senior Associate to support our Enterprise Communications team. This role translates company strategy into clear, engaging internal communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise.

You'll partner with cross-functional groups, develop plans for announcements and product milestones, and help executives maintain a consistent voice while driving alignment with our values. Office-based in NYC with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or related corporate communications.
• Strong editorial eye and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with guiding materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives, briefs, timelines, and reviews.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone for communications from senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Enable people leaders with tools and guidance for team communication.
• Support live and virtual meetings with speaker notes and scripts.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and content development.
• Contribute to engaging content across social platforms to boost brand visibility.
