You will develop enterprise-wide strategies, support major announcements, and manage projects with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in corporate communications, with a keen editorial eye and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong attention to detail and editorial eye for written copy.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus.
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with plans and materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives with briefs, timelines, and reviews.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across communications from senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Provide tools and guidance for people leaders to communicate with their teams.
• Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes and scripts as needed.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and content development.
• Contribute to engaging content across social platforms to boost brand visibility.
