Job summary

Compass seeks an Internal Communications Manager to translate strategy into clear, engaging messages for employees across our enterprise. You will shape a consistent voice for senior leaders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide communications during announcements, launches, and integrations.

You will craft talking points, emails, newsletters, and presentations, while evaluating AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and personalization across our brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or related corporate communications.
• Strong attention to detail with an editorial eye for written copy.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Support major announcements, product launches, integration milestones with talking points, emails, newsletters, and presentations.
• Project manage communications initiatives, timelines, and reviews.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone for senior executives across communications.
• Translate complex information into clear, digestible language for diverse audiences.
• Provide tools and guidance to people leaders for effective team communication.
• Support live and virtual meetings with speaker notes, scripts, and materials.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and content development.
• Contribute to engaging content across social media to boost brand visibility.
