Compass International Holdings seeks a creative, organized Senior Associate to support Enterprise Communications, translating strategy into clear messages that inform, engage, and inspire employees across our brands. This is an influential role at the intersection of culture, people, and communications.

Based in NYC, the role partners with executives, develops enterprise-wide internal communications, manages projects, and helps roll out product launches and milestones while leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal or executive communications or related corporate communications.
• Strong editorial eye and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies.
• Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with plans and materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives with timelines and briefs.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across communications for senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Enable people leaders with tools to communicate effectively with their teams.
