Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Senior Associate to support our Enterprise Communications team. You will translate strategy into clear communications for employees across the enterprise, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to align with the company’s values and priorities.

You will develop plans for announcements and launches, manage multiple projects, and help shape the voice for senior executives while leveraging AI tools to improve content and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in internal or executive communications or related corporate communications field.
• Strong editorial eye and attention to detail across written copy.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities and initiatives.
• Support major announcements, product launches, integration milestones with communication plans and materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives with briefs, timelines and review processes.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across communications on behalf of senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Enable people leaders with tools and guidance for communicating with their teams.
• Support live and virtual meetings with speaker notes and scripts as needed.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and content development.
• Contribute to engaging content across social platforms to boost brand visibility.
