FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to develop and manage internal communications for the Morrisville site, aligning with the global narrative and People Strategy. You will create content for Town Halls, newsletters, and video scripts, and coordinate with HR, Operations, and other teams to ensure timely, audience-appropriate messaging across channels.

The role includes overseeing the on-site Intranet (FLBU) and supporting external events in collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate internal communications is required.
• Excellent writing and research with attention to detail and AP style.
• Proficiency with digital tools for publishing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develops, directs and executes internal communications plan for the Morrisville site and aligns with global narrative and People Strategy.
• Prepares content, executes and facilitates internal communications such as Town Halls and newsletters; tailors audience, timing, channels and messaging.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Operations and other teams to implement comms initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Serves as on-site administrator of the FLBU Intranet site, ensuring timely, engaging information and site maintenance.
• Manages primary site communications account, distributing weekly newsletters and event invites.
• Provides communications support for external events or initiatives in collaboration with Global Communications.
• Translates business decisions into communications to ensure synergy across sites.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
