Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience in a law or professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute internal communications across platforms.
• Develop executive and leadership communications.
• Advise firm leaders and stakeholders on communications strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on plans and materials.
• Translate complex information into accessible messages.
• Use visual storytelling to simplify complex information.
• Coordinate messaging across departments and offices.
• Create content highlighting initiatives, resources and priorities.
• Support change initiatives and technology implementations.
• Utilize intranet, email marketing tools and other channels.
• Maintain internal communications calendars and templates.
• Track metrics and propose improvements.
• Adhere to style guidelines and handle confidential information.
