Job summary

FUJIFILM Americas is seeking a Senior Manager of Communications & Community Engagement to develop and execute strategic communications that strengthen employee connection and advance our purpose. This role partners with the Corporate Communications Leadership Team, HR, and business leaders to translate priorities into engaging, timely messages for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, or community engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives, Corporate Communications Strategy, company culture, and priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to develop clear, timely, and engaging communications for employees.
• Create and manage communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, digital platforms, meetings, town halls, videos, newsletters, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Develop select executive communications, including talking points, leadership messages, and town hall materials.
• Translate complex business information into concise, accessible, and compelling employee communications.
