• Drive strategy and processes for securing intermodal container capacity with operating staff and vendors.
• Serve as main escalation point with railroad partners when capacity demands are not met.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of intermodal capacity ecosystem and market trends to guide capacity commitments.
• Train, mentor, and manage team to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Develop railroad relationships to enrich partnerships and optimize network capacity.
