Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Certifications listed above are required or highly preferred.
• 5 years solving real-time transportation strategy problems via scenario analysis.
• 5 years presenting data to executive management with actionable recommendations.
• 5 years building and managing large SQL databases for relational data.
• 5 years BI using Tableau for large datasets and visualizations.
• 5 years building complex supply chain optimization models with Coupa SCM Guru.
• 5 years in Supply Chain and Transportation industries.
• 5 years leading large-scale optimization projects and managing timelines.
• 3 years of Google Cloud Platform tools (Composer, Data Fusion, BigQuery).
• 3 years coding in Python, C++, VBA, Gurobi, Simio.
• 3 years automating data analytics with Alteryx.
• 3 years using Generative AI / Agentic AI for content tasks.
• 3 years Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SME assignments with cross-functional teams and enforce milestones.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.
• Apply customer requirements to model within Uber Freight optimization framework.
• Use advanced modeling to optimize the client’s transport and distribution network.
• Leverage Uber Freight data and market knowledge for R&D purposes.
• Model client supply chains with commercial software and run scenario analyses for decisions.
• Manage logistics engineers and contractors to meet schedules and client communications.
• Present findings to client executive management and defend recommendations.
