Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a Director of Carrier Development to lead strategic growth of our carrier network across Truckload, LTL, and Intermodal. You will be based at our Chicago headquarters or our Northwest Arkansas hub, managing a team of Carrier Development Managers and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product to scale capacity and drive marketplace health.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in logistics, 3PL, digital brokerage, procurement, or carrier management.
5+ years of direct people management experience.
Deep North American market fluency and carrier cost understanding.
