Parron Hall Construct is seeking an Architectural Interiors Account Executive to serve as the brand ambassador for the Construct division in the San Diego area. You will manage key accounts, drive a 24-month pipeline, and coordinate with design, project management, and depreciation teams to secure contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working with DIRTT prefabricated construction solutions required.
• Minimum 3-5 years contract related sales experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate to San Diego.

Responsabilités

• Account Management: manage long-standing end-user accounts and maintain a rolling 24-month pipeline.
• Business Development: network for leads and identify new sources with partners and industry groups.
• Selling: qualify leads, present solutions, develop quotes, and finalize contracts and terms.
• Content Matter Expert: maintain deep knowledge of Construct product lines and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Goals and Performance: meet defined sales, margin, and new business targets and provide timely forecasts.
