Job summary

Ascension invites applications for a Summer 2027 internship in Strategic Integration. The role is remote with travel averaging 50%, running from May 17 to August 6.

The internship involves training in department-specific tasks, supporting healthcare strategy implementations, and preparing executive-level updates and data-driven presentations. Candidates should be enrolled in an accredited program related to the discipline or have a high school diploma equivalency.

• Perform a variety of department-specific responsibilities and tasks in a training capacity and on a temporary basis.
• Assist in implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes within Ascension, by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals, and following up with stakeholders.
• Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables including weekly updates, status reports, and presentations.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources in various areas of healthcare.
• Exemplify a high level of customer service and hospitality to our internal associates and external participants, by providing consistent change management for end users.
