Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Strategic Satellite Communications Programs team. You will develop IMS, baselines, and what-if plans, and lead IP&S activities across multiple program types, including government satellite programs.

Responsibilities include portfolio management, IMS development, change management, and senior leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience using integrated scheduling tools (Open Plan Professional, MS Project, EPM).
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Lead IP&S team in IMS development, integration, and reporting to PM team.
• Supplier scheduling integration, analysis, and review.
• Align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, and other schedules.
• Assess schedule risk and opportunities; manage change integration.
• Provide performance reporting from IMS to support program management.
• Lead integration of supplier/partner plans into the IMS.
• Model execution and scenario planning to improve schedule visibility.
• Support reviews and brief senior leadership and customers.
