Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the SSCP program team on-site. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), baseline execution schedules, and support IPMR Format 6 deliverables, coordinating with IPTLs and suppliers.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling analytics, and strong communication as you drive program execution. A US Secret clearance is required to work onsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project or Program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Enterprise Project Management.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal plans and schedules and maintain IMS.
• Lead IMS reporting to Program Management.
• Integrate supplier scheduling into IMS.
• Align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan and Critical Path Analysis.
• Provide performance reporting to support program management decisions.
• Lead change integration and manage schedule risk.
